Hiring for Sr. Associate – Product Marketing
We’re in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to ‘scale-up’. You will be a key player in bringing our SaaS products to market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Marketing, to craft compelling product narratives, develop marketing materials, and execute go-to-market strategies that drive demand and customer engagement.
What you'll do:
- Support the creation of product marketing and GTM plans by translating brand and product strategy into actionable marketing activities.
- Design and execute marketing activities as per plan, and also track the metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Create marketing collateral and customer evidence pieces such as case studies, product brochures, and product videos.
- Assist in the launch of new products.
- Execute customer engagement programs by extending the brand and product experience.
- Support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership, feature use cases, and generate relevant content.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for our products in the market.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive demand and engagement for our products.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to provide them with the tools and resources needed to effectively communicate product value to customers.
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to understand product features, benefits, and differentiation in order to craft compelling value propositions.
What we’re looking for: - Proven 1-3 years of track record in SaaS Product marketing, or a similar role in Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling narratives and messaging.
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability to effectively communicate product value.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of software tools and processes commonly used in marketing
- Capable of actively participating in ideation, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Cooperation with other team members in achieving group goals and objectives
- MBA in marketing or equivalent educational qualification
