Role Overview: As a Product Designer Intern at Procol, you will be responsible for solving and crafting intuitive user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and refine Procol's digital products, ensuring they align with our user needs and business goals. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the solutions and interactive aspects of our product, making it a critical component of our client's procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research to guide the design process and validate decisions.
• Engage with our users to understand their pain points, needs, and aspirations to ensure the delivery of well-crafted solutions.
• Own the product design cycle, right from ideation, wire framing, prototyping, and iteration, to user validation and feedback incorporation.
• Work closely with product Designers.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Critical thinking and provide justification on designed solutions.

About You:

• You have skillset in product design.
• You're comfortable working on 0-1 problems, especially when things are vague.
• You have a "validate first and perfect later" mentality.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in problem solving, UI and UX design.
• You are curious and excited about how things work under the hood.
• Be able to communicate your thoughts effectively by writing and prototyping.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, Adobe Suite etc.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
