Hiring Customer Success Intern
At Procol we are looking for Customer Success, to support our clients and users at every stage. This is a key team role, where you will play a critical part in ensuring that the clients are on-boarded smoothly and understand the product features. The incumbent will be responsible for client engagement, client adoption, client satisfaction, and successful business outcomes for Procol’s customers.
What you'll do:
• Will handle L1 Query of the customers.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs and complaints in detail, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
• Vendor training (All assigned Event in a day)
• End to End vendor support (settling their queries etc) (All business day)
• Get high customer satisfaction
• Work with Engineering and Product Management teams to resolve customers issues
• Work with the Content team to create case studies and client success documents.
• Work with technical support teams to ensure effective and expedited resolutions for the customers • Eagerness to learn & grow
Role Requirements:
● Good communication skills (English, Hindi)
● Excellent People management skills
● Willingness to learn and enhance own development by taking responsibility for staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge
● Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs
