We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress development, with a strong focus on design and collaboration. As a WordPress Developer, you will work closely with our marketing, design, and tech teams to create and maintain engaging and user-friendly websites.
Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness.
- Create dynamic WordPress themes from scratch with localization and multi-lingual support.
- Develop custom plugins or integrate existing ones to enhance website functionality.
- Collaborate with marketing and design team to implement website designs and features that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress websites.
- Optimize website performance and user experience through efficient coding practices and performance tuning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in WordPress development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and APIs.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first web design principles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SEO best practices and implementation.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
